Who it's forMaintenance & CAMO

Know your fleet's airworthiness before an inspector asks.

WingsPath turns scanned logbooks, work orders and service bulletins into one always-current record — status, compliance and the paperwork to prove it. Ask a question, get a cited answer.

What gets in the way.

  • One buried compliance item

A bulletin filed years ago in a scanned PDF can ground an aircraft the day nobody remembers it.

  • Most-restrictive-limit maths by hand

Engine hours drift from airframe hours in a spreadsheet, and nothing catches it until an inspector does.

  • Correspondence built from scratch

Every KCAA extension request and submission is assembled again, under deadline, from whatever is on hand.

What works for you today.

  • Status worked out properly

Dates, hours, landings and cycles, with the most restrictive limit winning, each engine on its own hours, and an unknown shown as needing review — never as compliant.

  • Records read and recovered

Scans read by OCR and classified; locked PDFs opened, foreign-language pages translated and poor scans read again.

  • Work packs and releases

A due list becomes a scoped work order in three steps, and releases to service are signed into an append-only record.

  • KCAA paperwork assembled

Extension requests, the aircraft status report and the C of A renewal pack, built from the records already on file.

What is not built yet.

So there are no surprises when you see it.

  • Parts stock, purchasing and tool control are not built.
  • WingsPath reads CESCOM status reports; it does not yet connect to CAMP or other tracking systems.

Questions we are asked.

Do we have to digitise our records first?
No. Upload the folders you have — scans, PDFs, spreadsheets — and the platform reads and classifies them. For boxes of paper, we can audit and scan the archive, quoted separately.
How is an engine's limit worked out?
Against that engine's own hours and cycles, never the airframe's. The most restrictive limit wins, and an unknown is shown as needing review.
Does AI change our records?
No. Data read by AI waits for a person to confirm it before it touches a maintenance item or a work order.
Which regulator is it built for?
KCAA and the KCARs, including KCAA's extension and correspondence forms.
