One flight, entered once.
Plan the flight and assign the crew with their licence, medical and currency in front of you. The crew fill in the actual times, the commander signs, and that one signature carries the flight to the crew's logbooks, the duty record and the aircraft's hours.

What gets in the way.
The same flight, typed three times
Once into the ops sheet, once into the pilot's logbook, once into the maintenance return — three chances to differ.
Currency you cannot see at dispatch
Whose medical lapses next week is asked after the crew is chosen, not while it is being chosen.
Duty counted by hand
Duty periods, rolling limits and rest are counted in a spreadsheet that is only as fresh as its last edit.
What works for you today.
Ops board
Every planned flight with its crew, and each person's licence, medical and currency shown while you choose them.
Flights signed on the phone
Any crew member fills the flight in; only the commander signs it, on their own phone. A signed flight is never edited — a correction becomes a new version.
Duty and flight-time limits
Your own KCAA-approved limits, shown beside the State baseline, counted from signed flights. The figures advise; they do not ground a flight on their own.
Maintenance from the same record
Hold CAMO as well, and a signed flight with its closing hours posts hours and landings to the aircraft.
What is not built yet.
So there are no surprises when you see it.
- Rostering is not built yet: flights are planned and crewed one at a time.
- There is no live flight tracking or flight-following map yet.
- Charter quotes, bookings, passenger manifests and customer invoices are not part of WingsPath.
Questions we are asked.
- Do we need the CAMO module as well?
- No. AOC works on its own. If you also hold CAMO, the hours from signed flights reach maintenance by themselves.
- Whose duty limits does it use?
- Yours. Each operator's limits come from its own KCAA-approved scheme, with the State baseline shown beside them.
- Can the first officer fill in the flight?
- Yes. Any crew member can fill it in on their own phone. Only the commander can sign it, from their own account.
- What if a signed flight is wrong?
- It is never edited. A correction creates a new version, and both stay on the record.
