Who it's forAircraft owners

Know the state of your aircraft, and prove it.

See your aircraft's status, its ownership and lease history, its warranties, and the reports a buyer or KCAA will ask for — built from the records already on file.

What gets in the way.

  • The records live with the maintainer

Change maintenance provider and your aircraft's history becomes something you have to ask for.

  • A sale starts with a records hunt

A buyer's engineer asks for years of logbooks, directives and releases, and the answers take weeks.

  • Dates in other people's systems

Warranties, leases and certificates run out on dates nobody shows you.

What works for you today.

  • Status and reports

The aircraft status report and the C of A renewal pack, built from the records on file.

  • Ownership and transfers

Owner, operator and billing organisation kept apart, with each transfer recorded and its records pack generated.

  • Leases and warranties

Leases recorded with their KCAA approval, and warranties kept with the parts they cover.

  • Buyer and engineer advisory

A cited review of the aircraft's records for a buyer or their engineer, as a PDF.

Questions we are asked.

Can I see my aircraft if someone else maintains it?
Yes. Access is granted per aircraft, so an owner and a maintenance organisation can both see the same aircraft's records.
Are the records mine?
Yes. The documents you upload remain your property, and you can take an export with you if you leave.
What does a buyer's review include?
A review of the aircraft's records for the buyer or their engineer, delivered as a PDF, with every finding citing the record it came from.
